EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 335, SERIES OF 1952, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MARIA CRISTINA FERTILIZER PLANT AND EMPLOYEES HOUSING COMPOUND RESERVATION, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 20, SERIES OF 1962; PROCLAMATION NO. 198, SERIES OF 1964; PROCLAMATION NO. 469, SERIES OF 1965; AND PROCLAMATION NO. 94, SERIES OF 1966, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 335, series of 1952, which established the Maria Cristina Fertilizer Plant and Employees Housing Compound Reservation, as amended by Proclamation No. 20, series of 1962; Proclamation No. 198, series of 1964; Proclamation No. 469, series of 1965; and Proclamation No. 94, series of 1966, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the City of Iligan and declare the same open to disposition through lease only under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by portion of Lot 2051, Iligan Cadastre; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Iligan Bay; on the NE., along line 3-4 by portion of Lot 2051, Iligan Cadastre; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 5612, Iligan Cadastre; and along line 5-1 by Lot 2, of plan Sgs-3212.
