RESERVING FOR CONSTABULARY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGAO, PROVINCE OF SULU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83, Commonwealth Act No. 141, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Constabulary site purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Bongao, Province of Sulu, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot A. Psu-128551) situated in the Municipality of Bongao, Province of Sulu. Bounded on the N., and E., by Lot B, Psu-128551; on the S., by property of Crispulo Flores; and on the W., by property of Doroteo Carreon. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being S. 34 deg. 17' W., 1368.23 m. from Bongao Lighthouse;

thence N. 35 deg. 05' E., 219.49 m. to point 2;

thence S. 73 deg. 16' E., 192.01 m. to point 3;

thence S. 35 deg. 05' W., 219.48 m. to point 4;

thence N. 73 deg. 16' W., 192.01 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (39,998) square meters, more or less.1aшphi1 All points referred to are indicated on the plan, point 1 and 2 are old PLS Concrete Monuments and 3 and 4, are new monuments.
