RESERVING FOR PLAYGROUND SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARDONA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for playground site purposes under the administration of the Municipal government of Cardona, Province of Rizal, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the said municipality and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by property of Reynaldo Concepcion; on the N., along line 2-3 by Laguna Bay; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5 by barrio outlet canal; and on the S., along line 5-6 by property of Juan Himbing; on the W., S. and E., along lines 6-7-8-9- by Lot 2 of plan Psu-229632; on the S., along line 9-1 by property of Aurelio Constantino. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 36 deg. 17' E., 468.23 m. from B.L.L.M. 3, Mpty. of Cardona, Rizal;
