RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT OR DISPOSITION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF THE LAND AUTHORITY A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PUERTO BELLO, MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.

Upon recommendation of the Governor of the Land Authority after previous consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of Republic Act No. 3844, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for settlement or disposition under the administration and control of the Land Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey a parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Puerto Bello, Municipality of Merida, Province of Leyte, Philippines and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked corner “1” on plan, which is identical to FZ/13 of Block 1, Alienable and Disposable, Project No. 34, L.C. 647, Bureau of Forestry;

thence 885 m. N. 34 deg. W. to point 2;

thence 885 m. S. 84 deg. W. to point 3;

thence 95 m. S. 84 deg. W. to point 4;

thence 245 m. S. 84 deg. W. to point 5;

thence 530 m. N. 9 deg. W. to point 6;

thence 530 m. N. 3 deg. W. to point 7

thence 700 m. S. 67 deg. E. to point 8;

thence 115 m. N. 61 deg. E. to point 9;

thence 320 m. N. 61 deg. E. to point 10;

thence 100 m. N. 61 deg. E. to point 11;

thence 600 m. S. 11 deg. W. to point 12;

thence 300 m. S. 25 deg. W. to point 13;

thence 170 m., up stream following Macatol River in a S-W direction to point 14;

thence 360 m. S. 10 deg. E. to point 14;

thence 490 m. S. 21 deg. E. to point

of beginning, containing an area of EIGHTY-FOUR (84) hectares, more or less.
