RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO TENEJERO, MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGA, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Tenejere, Municipality of Balanga, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Pcs-4805, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 2 and 4 described on plan Pcs-4043, L.R.C. Record No.____), situated in the Barrio of Tenejero, Municipality of Balanga, Province of Bataan. Bounded on the NE. and S., along lines 1-2-3, by Lot 2; on the SW., along lines 3-4, by Lot 1, both of the consolidation and subdivision plan; and at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 75 Deg. 43' E. 538.30 m. from B.L.L.M. 6, Balanga Cad.,

thence S. 12 deg. 49' E., 136.18 m. to point 2;

thence S. 85 deg. 54' W., 127.88 m. to point 3;

thence N. 15 deg. 09' W., 118.12 m. to point 4;

thence N. 77 deg. 40' E., 131.25 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (16,348) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.1aшphi1 and the rest by P.S. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the original survey, March 1916 – March 1917 and that of the consolidation and subdivision survey, Sept. 19, 1958 which was approved on March 17, 1960.
