RESERVING FOR FOREST STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF FORESTRY A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN GALAS, DIPOLOG, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and reserve for Forestry Station Site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the public domain within the Timberland, L.C. Project No. 2 of Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte per BF Map 572, and portion of Lot 1038, of Dipolog Cadastre, situated in Barrio Galas, Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry in accordance with forest laws and regulations, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land beginning at a point marked “1” on Bureau of Forestry Map FR-144, being S. 18 deg. 40' E 166.81 m. from BBM 5, Dipolog Cadastre,

thence S. 22 deg. 32' E., 83.00 m. to point 2;

thence S. 84 deg. 05' W., 13.77 m. to point 3;

thence N. 70 deg. 26' W., 69.17 m. to point 4;

thence N. 79 deg. 49' E., 140.48 m. to point of

beginning, containing SIX THOUSAND NINETY-FOUR (6,094) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”
