MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 220, July 2, 1967 ] ESTABLISHING AS MAGNUANG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN PER B.F. MAP NO. WR-10, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as MAGNUANG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE to protect and conserve the head-waters of Magnuang Waterworks System, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain located in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said watershed forest reservations and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcel of public domain is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at point marked “1” on B.F.
