DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 24, 1967, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA.

WHEREAS, the 396th anniversary foundation of the City of Manila falls on June 24, 1967; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Manila be given ample opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, June 24, 1967, as a special public holiday in the City of Manila.1aшphi1
