SUSPENDING OFFICES AND CLASSES ON THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 1967, IN THE PROVINCES OF RIZAL, BULACAN, PAMPANGA, TARLAC, ZAMBALES, LAGUNA, CAVITE, PANGASINAN AND BATANGAS AND THE CITIES THEREIN DUE TO FLOODS.

WHEREAS, flash floods have paralyzed all means of transportation in several provinces in Luzon;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby suspend offices in the government and private firms and classes in all schools on June 8, 1967, in the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Laguna, Cavite, Pangasinan and Batangas and the cities therein.
