DECLARING MAY 28, 1967, AS “DIEGO SILANG DAY”.

WHEREAS, the 204th death anniversary of Diego Silang, famed leader of the Ilocos Revolt, falls on May 28, 1967;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare May 28, 1967, as “Diego Silang Day” in La Union, his birthplace.
