AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 412, DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1953, WHICH RESERVED FOR MUNICIPAL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND RESERVING A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of General Services and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Republic Act No. 477, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as Regional Training Center and Common Service Facilities Site of the National Cottage Industries Development Authority, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the government, situated in the Poblacion of Panabo, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (designated as Block 62 of the Panabo Townsite, Subdivision Plan Psd-39001, Sheet 5, being a portion of the cadastral survey of Davao, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record . . .), situated in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao. Bounded on the NE., by Road Lot 10 of the subdivision plan; on the NW., by Block 71 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 82 deg. 18’W., 968.92 m. from B.L.L.M. 73, Tagum Cad. 276;

thence S. 68 deg. 04’W., 4.00 m. to point 2;

thence N. 66 deg. 56’W., 97.17 m. to point 3;

thence N. 23 deg. 04’E., 235.00 m. to point 4;

thence S. 66 deg. 56’E., 97.17 m. to point 5;

thence S. 21 deg. 56’E., 4.00 m. to point 6;

thence S. 23 deg. 04’W., 229.34 m. to the point

of beginning; containing an area of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-TWO (23,492) SQUARE METERS, more or less.1aшphi1 All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by Pls.
