RESERVING FOR HEALTH CENTER AND MARKET SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for health center and market site purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Calamba, Laguna, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Calamba, province of Laguna, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 369, of Calamba Public Land Subdivision, Pls-709), situated in the Barrio; of Palingon, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the NW. and NE., along lines 1-2-3, by Road; on the SE., along line 3-4, by Road; and on the SW., along line 4-1, by Road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 26 deg. 05' E., 3016.11 m. from M.B.M. 5, Calamba, Laguna,

thence N. 59 deg. 50' E., 43.98 m. to point 2;

thence S. 79 deg. 02' E., 28.11 m. to point 3;

thence S. 19 deg. 04' W., 36.29 m. to point 4;

thence N. 71 deg. 55' W., 56.55 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (1,433) Square Meters.

NOTE:

Verification of Calamba Public Land Subdivision, Pls-709, is still in progress in the Public Land Survey Section and therefore the technical description appearing herein is still subject to change.1aшphi1
