[ Proclamation No. 193, April 20, 1967 ]

DESIGNATING JULY 2, 1967, AS THE DATE FOR THE FORMAL ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY OF CANLAON.

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 3445, approved June 18, 1961, created the Created the City of Canlaon; and

WHEREAS, Section 89 of said Act provides that the City of Canlaon shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the provisions of Section 89 of Republic Act No. 3445, do hereby proclaim that the formal organization of the government of the City of Canlaon shall take place on July 2, 1967.1aшphi1
