EXTENDING THE MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION INC. UP TO APRIL 30, 1967.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 108 dated October 10, 1966, as extended under Proclamation No. 175 dated February 16, 1967, to conduct an educational and fund campaign; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time for its fund campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association Inc. up to April 30, 1967.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
