DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 3, 1967, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND CITY OF CEBU.
WHEREAS, Monday, April 3, 1967, marks the Cebu uprising in the fight for Philippine emancipation from Spain; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents thereof be given ample opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Monday, April 3, 1967, as a special public holiday in the Province and City of Cebu.1aшphi1
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
