DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 1967, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
WHEREAS, the 24th day (Good Friday) and the 26th day (Sunday) of March, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, being public holidays, the 25th day (Saturday) of March, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, may be declared as a special public holiday without any prejudice to the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Saturday, March 25, 1967, as a special public holiday.
