DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 1967, AS A SPECIAL SCHOOL HOLIDAY FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 8, 1967, marks the 356th anniversary of the founding of the University of Santo Tomas, the oldest university in the Philippines; and

WHEREAS, the faculty and students of the said University should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this important milestone in their University’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 8, 1967, as a special school holiday for the University of Santo Tomas.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
