EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association was authorized to conduct an educational and fund campaign from October 15 to December 31, 1966 under Proclamation No. 108 dated October 10, 1966; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time to enable it to realize its fund campaign goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the Philippine Mental Health Association’s fund drive up to February 28, 1967.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
