ESTABLISHING AS CENTRAL ESPERANZA FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBER LAND, AGUSAN AND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 19-E, PER B.F. MAP L.C. 2368, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, PHILIPPINES.

Pursuant to Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish as CENTRAL ESPERANZA FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain known as Timber Land, Agusan Land Classification Project No. 19-E, situated in the Municipality of Esperanza, Province of Agusan, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-886, dated May 13, 1960, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2368, comprising the Timber Land of the aforementioned Agusan Land Classification Project No. 19-E, containing an area of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (55,428) hectares, more less.1aшphi1
