MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 164, February 13, 1967 ESTABLISHING AS MT. PARAGPAGAN FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 10-A AND 17-E, PER B. F. MAP L.C.-2118, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SANTA CRUZ, AND SABLAYAN, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Occidental Mindoro Land Classification Project Nos. 10-A and 17-E, situated in the Municipalities of Santa Cruz and Sablayan, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-636, dated June 29, 1957, as Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2118, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Occidental Mindoro Land Classification Project Nos. 10-A and 17-E, containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN (13,810) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be Affixed.
