MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 159, February 13, 1967 ] ESTABLISHING AS ENRILE-SOLANA-AMULONG FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, CAGAYAN LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 15-A, 24-C, AND 26-B, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2263, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ENRILE, SOLANA AND AMULONG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as ENRILE-SOLANA-AMULONG FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Cagayan Land Classification Project Nos. 15-A, 24-C and 26-B, situated in the Municipalities of Enrile, Solana, and Amulong, Province of Cagayan, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-781, dated February 13, 1959, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2263, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Cagayan Land Classification Project Nos. 15-A, 24-C and 26-B, containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE (8,249) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
