MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 155, February 13, 1967 ] ESTABLISHING AS MABINI-DASOL-INFANTA FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, PANGASINAN LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 33-B, 44-B, AND 45-B, PER B.F.MAP L.C.-2229 (2 SHEETS), SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF MABINI, DASOL AND INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Pangasinan Land Classification Project Nos. 33-B, 44-B and 45-B, situated in the Municipalities of Mabini, Dasol and Infanta, Province of Pangasinan, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-747, dated September 26, 1958, as Mabini-Dasol-Infanta Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and place the same under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve, and the cutting, collecting and removing of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the Forest Laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2229 (2 Sheets), comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Pangasinan Land Classification Project Nos. 33-B, 44-B and 45-B, containing an area of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND THIRTY SIX (24,036) HECTARES, more or less.
