MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 152, February 13, 1967 ] RESTORING CERTAIN PARTS OF THE NORTHERN ILOCOS NORTE FOREST RESERVE THAT WERE EXCLUDED BY OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 272, DATED AUGUST 10, 1951, AND DECLARING SAME AS PARTS OF THE NORTHERN ILOCOS NORTE FOREST RESERVE. WHEREAS, certain parts of the Northern Ilocos Norte Forest Reserve have been excluded from the operation of Proclamation No. 338, dated October 24, 1938, and declared as Timberlands by Proclamation No. 272, dated August 10, 1951; NOW, THEREFORE, upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and restore, re-establish and proclaim, subject to private rights, if any there be, the remaining portions of the timberlands that were excluded from the operation of Proclamation No. 338, dated October 24, 1938, by Proclamation No. 272, dated August 10, 1951, as part and parcel of the Northern Ilocos Norte Forest Reserve, which timberlands are designated as: Lot 4, containing EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY (850) hectares; Lot No. 5 containing SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (7,200) hectares situated in the Municipality of Burgos; Lot No. 8 containing ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN AND ONE-HALF (1,337.50) hectares situated in municipality of Pasuquin; and Lot No. 15 containing FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY (15,560) hectares situated in the municipality of Piddig, all in the province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon, as shown and technically described in Bureau of Forestry Map FR-85, Northern Ilocos Norte Forest Reserve.
