MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 141, January 26, 1967 ] DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 28, 1967, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND IN THE CITIES OF CAVITE, TAGAYTAY AND TRECE MARTIRES. In commemoration of the 106th birthday anniversary of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Saturday, January 28, 1967, as a special public holiday in the Province of Cavite and in the Cities of Cavite, Tagaytay and Trece Martires.
