DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1966, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN GUINOBATAN, ALBAY.

WHEREAS, Friday, September 2, 1966, marks the 101st birthday anniversary of General Simeon Ola y Arboleda, one of the last Filipinos to surrender during the Filipino-American war; and

WHEREAS, the people of Guinobatan, Albay, request that they be afforded an opportunity to render homage to the honored general;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Friday, September 2, 1966, as a special public holiday in Guinobatan, Albay.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
