EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 469 DATED OCTOBER 4, 1965, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN ILIGAN CITY, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 469, dated October 4, 1965, certain portions of the land embraced therein situated in Iligan City and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, subject to private rights, if any, which portions of land are more particularly described as follows:
