RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for townsite purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future subdivision survey in accordance with a development plan to be approved by the National Planning Commission and to disposition under the provisions of Chapter IX of the Public Land Act, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte, which is more particularly described as follows:
