MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 87, August 9, 1966 ] ESTABLISHING AS DIBUDALAN MOUNTAIN FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, AURORA (QUEZON) LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 14-J, PER B.F. MAP L.C. 2211 SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALER, SUB-PROVINCE OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition, and establish as DIBUDALAN MOUNTAIN FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain known as Timberland, Aurora (Quezon) Land Classification Project No. 14-J, situated it the Municipality of Baler, Sub-Province of Aurora, Province of Quezon, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-729, dated June 27, 1958, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who stall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of the said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcel of public domain is shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2211 comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Aurora (Quezon) Land Classification Project No. 14-J, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (3,754) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
