ESTABLISHING AS MT. KABANULAN FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, DAVAO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 3-D AND 9-H, PER B.F. MAP L.C. 2441, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GOVERNOR GENEROSO AND MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish as MT. KABANULAN FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 3-D and 9-H, situated in the Municipalities of Governor Generoso and Mati, Province of Davao, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-959, dated March 28, 1961, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of the said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcels of public land are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2441, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 3-D and 9-H, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY (20,420) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
