ESTABLISHING AS BUUG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN PER B.F. MAP NO. WR-1, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as BUUG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of the public domain located in the Municipality of Buug, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said watershed forest reservation and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at point marked “1” on the B.F. Map No. WR-1, a Narig tree, 45 cm. in diameter which is identical to Corner 40, Alienable and Disposable Block I, Zamboanga del Sur Land Classification Project No. 19-B;

Thence N31°E, 250 meters to point 2, Apitong 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence N46°E, 110 meters to point 3, Apitong 60 cm. in diameter;

Thence N86°E, 340 meters to point 4, Tangile 100 cm. in diameter;

Thence N73°E, 160 meters to point 5, White Lauan 60 cm. in diameter;

Thence S68°E, 300 meters to point 7, Stake;

Thence S82°E, 500 meters to point 8, Misc. Sp. 60 cm. in diameter;

Thence D-S, 240 meters to point 9, White Nato 70 cm. in diameter;

Thence S30°W, 250 meters to point 10, Tarupay 40 cm. in diameter;

Thence S64°W, 160 meters to point 11, Malugay 50 cm. in diameter;

Thence S44°W, 170 meters to point 12, Guisok 40 cm. in diameter;

Thence S22°W, 210 meters to point 13, Apitong 70 cm. in diameter;

Thence S24°E, 250 meters to point 14, White Lauan 40 cm. in diameter;

Thence S82°W, 280 meters to point 15, Misc. Sp. 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence N66°W, 285 meters to point 16; Apitong 60 cm. in diameter;

Thence N12°E, 285 meters to point 17, Misc. Sp. 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence N25°W, 280 meters to point 18, Mayapis 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence N33°W, 260 meters to point 19, Narig 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence N53°W, 270 meters to point 20, Apitong 30 cm. in diameter;

Thence S83°W, 280 meters to point 1 the point of beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1
