MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 80, August 9, 1966 ] ESTABLISHING AS MT. MOBANGHILL FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, ZAMBALES LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 4-B AND 5-A, PER B.F. MAP L. L.2214, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BOTOLAN AND CABANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, PHILIPPINES. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition, and hereby establish as MT. MOBANGHILL FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Zambales Land Classification Project Nos. 4-B and 5-A, situated in the Municipalities of Botolan and Cabangan, Province of Zambales, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-732, dated July 28, 1958, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2214, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Zambales Land Classification Project Nos. 4-B and 5-A, containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY EIGHT (13,898) HECTARES, more or less.
