MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 76, August 9, 1966 ] ESTABLISHING AS IFUGAO-ISABELA FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, IFUGAO (MOUNTAIN PROVINCE) LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 3-C, 5-G AND 16, AND ISABELA LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 14-I, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2453 (2 SHEETS), SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BURNAY AND MAYOYAO AND MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF POTIA, SUB-PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, AND MUNICIPALITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement and other disposition and establish the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Ifugao (Mountain Province) Land Classification Project Nos. 3-C, 5-G and 16, and Isabela Land Classification No. 14-I, situated in the Municipalities of Burnay and Mayoyao and Municipal District of Potia, Sub-Province of Ifugao, Mountain Province, and Municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-971, dated April 28, 1961, as Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and place the same under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collecting and removing of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the Forest Laws and Regulations.1aшphi1 The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2453 (2 sheets), comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Ifugao (Mountain Province) Land Classification Project Nos. 3-C, 5-G and 16 and Isabela Land Classification Project No. 14-I containing an area of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY (35,750) HECTARES, more or less. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
