REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 812 DATED DECEMBER 27, 1961, WHICH REDUCED THE AREA OF THE MTS. BANAHAW-SAN CRISTOBAL NATIONAL PARK, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, MUNICIPALITIES OF LUCBAN, TAYABAS, SARIAYA, CANDELARIA, AND DOLORES, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AND RIZAL, NAGCARLAN, LILIO AND MAJAYJAY, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND RESTORING THE AREA EXCLUDED THEREFROM AS PART OF THE MTS. BANAHAW-SAN CRISTOBAL NATIONAL PARK
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 812 dated December 27, 1961, and restore the original area of the Mts. Banahaw-San Cristobal National Park in the City of San Pablo, Municipalities of Lucban, Tayabas, Sariaya, Candelaria and Dolores, Province of Quezon, and Rizal, Nagcarlan, Lilio and Majayjay, Province of Laguna, Island of` Luzon, as established under Proclamation No. 716, series of 1941.1aшphi1
