ESTABLISHING AS MT. SANTO DOMINGO FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, IFUGAO (MOUNTAIN PROVINCE) LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 1-C, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2382, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIANGAN, SUB-PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Ifugao (Mountain Province) Land Classification Project No. 1-C, situated in the Municipality of Kiangan, Sub-province of Ifugao, Mountain Province, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-900, dated July 25, 1960, as Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and place the same under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collecting and removing of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.1aшphi1

The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2382, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Ifugao (Mountain Province) Land Classification Project No. 1-C, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY THREE (9,693) HECTARES more or less.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
