ESTABLISHING AS POLILLO WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN PER B.F. MAP NO. WR-2, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLILLO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as POLILLO WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of the public domain located in the Municipality of Polillo, Province of Quezon under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said watershed forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at point marked “1” on B.F. Map No. WR-2 is a White Lauan tree 50 cms. in diameter which is identical to corner No. 39, Alienable or Disposable Block XII, Quezon Land Classification Project No.-19-C;

Thence N36°E, 295 meters to corner 3, Red Lauan 80 cms. in diameter;

Thence N42°E, 270 meters to corner 4, White Lauan 30 cms. in diameter;

Thence N18°W, 210 meters to corner 5, Apitong 30 cms. in diameter;

Thence N13°W, 270 meters to corner 6, Pangnan 40 cms. in diameter;

Thence N75°W, 200 meters to corner 7, Palaspas 30 cms. in diameter;

Thence N80°W, 220 meters to corner 8, Yakal 50 cms. in diameter;
