MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 71, August 9, 1966 ] ESTABLISHING AS PALALI RANGE FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, NUEVA VIZCAYA LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 1-N, 2-N, AND 14-E, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2356, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BAGABAG, SOLANO AND DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Nueva Vizcaya Land Classification Project Nos. 1-N, 2-N and 14-E, situated in the Municipalities of Bagabag, Solano and Diffun, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-874, dated March 25, 1960, as Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and place the same under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collecting, and removing of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with the Forest Laws and Regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2356, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Nueva Vizcaya Land Classification Project Nos. 1-N, 2-N and 14-E, containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (7,272) HECTARES, more or less.
