In commemoration of the 105th birthday anniversary of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Friday, January 28, 1966, as a special public holiday in the City of Cavite.
