ESTABLISHING AS SEBU WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN PER B.F. MAP NO. WR-6 SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BANGA AND KIAMBA, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as SEBU WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain located in the municipalities of Banga and Kiamba, Province of Cotabato, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain is shown and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at point marked “1” shown on B.F. Map No. WR-6, is a Balucanag Tree, 25 cms. in diameter, identical to Corner 19, Alienable or Disposable Block II, Cotabato Land Classification Project No. 4-B;

Thence S 70° E, 1,750 meters to Corner 2, a point at the junction of Lanon River and its branch;

Thence S 17° E, 2,550 meters to Corner 3, a point on top of Mt. Lamulas;

Thence S 6° E, 350 meters to Corner 4, a Binayuyo tree, 40 cms. in diameter, identical to Corner 11, Timberland, Cotabato Land Classification Project No 4;

Thence S 30° W, 4,250 meters to Corner 5, a Tuai tree, 50 cms. in diameter, identical to Corner 15, Timberland, Cotabato Land Classification Project No. 37-J;

Thence S 76° W, 7,080 meters to Corner 6, a point on top of peak;

Thence N 34° W, 2,280 meters to Corner 7, a point on top of peak;

Thence N 12° W, 1,250 meters to Corner 8, a point on top of peak;

Thence N 17° E, 7,230 meters to Corner 9, Bamboo Clump, identical to Corner 53, Timberland, Cotabato Land Classification Project No. 4-B;

Thence N 42° E, 3,500 meters to Corner 10, post, identical to Corner 23, Timberland, Cotabato Land Classification Project No. 4-B;

Thence N 89° E, 3,380 meters to Corner 1 the point of beginning containing an area of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED (9,900) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1
