ESTABLISHING AS MT. MALIGARING FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, DAVAO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 6-M, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2364, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish as Mt. MALIGARING FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain known as Timber Land, Davao Land Classification Project No. 6-M, situated in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-882, dated April 29, 1960, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collecting and removing of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain shown and more particularly described on the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2364, comprising the Timber Land of the aforementioned Davao Land Classification Project No. 6-M, containing an area of SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR (6,774) HECTARES, more or less.
