MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 59, August 4, 1966 ] ESTABLISHING AS FOREST RESERVE FOR WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, TIMBER PRODUCTION AND OTHER FOREST USES THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN, KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, AGUSAN LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 6-A, 10, 13-F, 14, 26-C, 31-E, 54-B AND 59-C, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF SALVACION, SAN ISIDRO, BUNAWAN, STA. MARIA, LIBERTAD, MAMBALILI, TUDELA AND CABANTAO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN; SURIGAO DEL SUR LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 2-B, 8-D, 20-B AND 32-A, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BISLIG AND HINATUAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF BORBOANAN, COLETA AND LINGIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, DAVAO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 12-C AND 19-C, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL AND THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, duly approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition, and establish as FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of the public domain known as Timberland, Agusan Land Classification Project Nos. 6-A, 10, 13-F,14, 26-C, 31-E, 54-B and 59-C, situated in the Municipal Districts of Salvation, San Isidro, Bunawan, Sta. Maria, Libertad, Mambalili, Tudela and Cabantao, Province of Agusan; Surigao del Sur Land Classification Project Nos. 2-B, 8-D, 18-A, 20-B and 32-A, situated in the Municipalities of Bislig and Hinatuan, Municipal Districts of Borboanan, Coleto and Lingig, Province of Surigao del Sur; Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 12-C and 19-C, situated in the Municipality of Cateel and the Municipal District of Monkayo, Province of Davao, for watershed, soil protection, timber production and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2468, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Agusan Land Classification Project Nos. 6-A, 10, 13-F, 14, 26-C, 31-E, 54-B and 59-C; Surigao del Sur Land Classification Project Nos. 2-B, 8-D, 18-A, 20-B and 32-A and Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 12-C and 19-C, containing an approximate area of NINETY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN (91,197) HECTARES, more or less.
