ESTABLISHING AS MT. LAMTOTAO FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, DAVAO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NO. 6-L, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2352, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and established as Mt. LAMTOTAO FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of public domain known as Timberland, Davao Land Classification Project No. 6-L, situated in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-870, dated March 25, 1960, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcel of public domain is shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2352, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Davao Land Classification Project No. 6-L, containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (7,165) HECTARES, more or less.
