[ Proclamation No. 53, July 22, 1966 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 510 DATED DECEMBER 20, 1965, WHICH RESERVED PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN IN PANDACAN, MANILA, FOR THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE, AND RESERVING THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 510 dated December 20, 1965, which reserved for the use of the Philippine College of Commerce the parcels of land reserved for the Bureau of Animal Industry in Pandacan, Manila, and reserve the same for the use of the national government.
