EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 435, DATED JANUARY 23, 1932, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE LOO SETTLEMENT FARM SCHOOL RESERVATION, NOW THE LOO NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL RESERVATION, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUIAS, BENGUET, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR MUNICIPAL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAID MUNICIPALITY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 435, dated January 23, 1932, which established the Loo Settlement Farm School Reservation, now the Loo National Vocational School Reservation, situated in the Municipality of Buguias, Benguet, Mt. Province, Island of Luzon, certain parcels of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for municipal site purposes of the said municipality, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that should the municipality cease to have any more need for the said land, the same shall automatically revert to the Loo National Vocational School Reservation, which parcels are more particularly described as follows, to wit:
