EXTENDING THE MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE OF THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC.

WHEREAS, the membership and fund drive of the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., expired on June 15, 1966; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time to enable it to raise its fund goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the membership and fund drive of the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., up to August 31, 1966.
