EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE QUEZON MEMORIAL CIRCLE DEVELOPMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1966.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 22 dated March 16, 1966, the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautification Committee was authorized to conduct a national educational and fund campaign during the period from March 16 to June 16, 1966; and

WHEREAS, the Quezon Memorial Circle needs additional period for the drive in order to complete its civic project;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E.1aшphi1 MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautification Committee up to December 31, 1966;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
