DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 24, 1966, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA.

WHEREAS, the 395th anniversary foundation of the City of Manila falls on June 24, 1966; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Manila be given ample opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, June 24, 1966, as a special public holiday in the City of Manila.1aшphi1
