[ Proclamation No. 39, May 31, 1966 ]

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 1966, AS MAKATI DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, RIZAL.

WHEREAS, June 1, 1966, marks the anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Makati, Rizal; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the said municipality should be given opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 1, 1966, as Makati Day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
