MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 34, May 8, 1966 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 475 DATED OCTOBER 15, 1965, AND PROCLAMATION NO. 519 DATED DECEMBER 27, 1965, WHICH EXCLUDED CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND FROM THE DAVAO PENAL COLONY RESERVATION AND REVERTING THE SAME AREAS TO THE DAVAO PENAL COLONY RESERVATION. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 475 dated October 15 1965, and Proclamation No. 519 dated December 17, 1965, which excluded 1,200 hectares and 1,913 hectares, respectively, from the Davao Penal Colony reservation at Sto. Tomas, Davao, and revert the same areas to the Davao Penal Colony under the administration of the Director of Prisons. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
