DECLARING APRIL 30, 1966, AS WOMEN’S RIGHTS DAY.

In order that our people may know and appreciate the important role played by women in the economic, social and political progress of the nation, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare April 30, 1966, as Women’s Rights Day.
