MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 18, March 8, 1966 ] RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF MANILA, FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN SAN NICOLAS, CITY OF MANILA. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools a parcel of land of the public domain occupied by the property sections of the Bureau of Public Works and the Bureau of Public Highways, situated on Calle Madrid, District of San Nicolas, City of Manila, more particularly described as follows: “A parcel of land (Lot 1-B of the subdivision plan Psd-49063, being portion of Lot I, Block 1839 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila, G.L.R.O. Cad. Rec. No., as shown on Plan F-12-14, Office of the City Engineer), situated in the district of San Nicolas, City of Manila, Bounded on the NW, along lines 1-4, by Lot-6, Block 1839, Manila, cadastre; along lines 4-5, by Lot 11, Block 1839, Manila, cadastre; along lines 5-6 by Lot 12, Block 1839, Manila, cadastre; along 6-8 by Lot 7, Block 1839, Manila, cadastre; along lines 8-9, by Lot 2, Block 1839, Manila, cadastre; along lines 9-15, by Muelle de la Industria, and along lines 15-18 and 18-1, by Lot I-A of the subdivision plan, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN SQUARE METERS (9,977.00).” IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.1aшphi1 Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
